On April 3 you will receive an email with voting instructions, including a PIN, a link to the online voting system, and the voting phone number. Your PIN will be 8 characters long and is your unique voting identifier. Only one PIN will be provided to each email address provided, and can only be used once to vote. Once you click on the link you will arrive at the voting system. Have your PIN ready and you will be asked to enter it into the voting system. You will then proceed through selecting up to five Council Members, be sure to select all candidates you wish to vote for before clicking “Submit”. Once you click “Vote Now” your vote has been submitted and cannot be changed or undone.
